Opportunities

When Serenity Hospice Care first started, there were only a handful of people who were part of the team. Since 2006, that number has grown exponentially and our service has stretched to over 77 counties in Georgia. We wouldn’t be able to serve as many people in their time of need if it wasn’t for the hard-working people that we call family.

The Serenity team is made up of diverse roles including administrator, administrative assistant, certified nursing assistant, chaplain, director of nursing, licensed practical nurse, nurse practitioner, registered nurse, social worker, physician, public relations, and more.

While our roles are different, one element we share is our passion to help those in need. We know that hospice care is incredibly hard work, but our team’s dedication to our patients never wavers. Our family-like atmosphere is a testament to how we strive to treat our patients: like part of our family.

If you have the following qualities, consider joining our team:

“The Serenity staff are some of the most compassionate people you will ever meet,” said Brandi Rozier, director of marketing and public relations at Serenity. “When they walk into a patient’s home, you can feel the love and trust. One thing we hear often are families telling us they wish they could have gotten our services sooner because of all the benefits and support they received.”

At Serenity, we provide benefits such as paid time off, paid holidays, 401k, and health, dental, and vision benefits. Additionally, we offer ongoing training or education opportunities.

The qualifications necessary varies per position. If you are interested in working in an industry that truly makes a difference in the lives of others, consider joining the Serenity team.

“I work for hospice because it’s not only a job, but a ministry for people who are hurting. I feel I am truly making a difference in peoples’ lives.” – Jeanne Elder, Registered Nurse
